Shipment: time and costs
We will take care of your order and ship it with GLS or with the most convenient Mail Service.
It will be shipped in approx. 10 working days.
During certain periods (from October to December or in August) some days more could be necessary.
Our assortment is huge and to match our commitment to fulfill any orders as much as possible, sometimes we produce yje missing item or get it from remote warehouses: this can also cause a certai delay. In any case we'll commusnicate with you as accurately and promptly as possible to update your order's situation.
When you have a dead line (gift, event, party, birthday...) it's important to ask us before placing your order.
- Shipment to your address:
It's important to designate an address where you usually receive mail and parcels.
In case, consider to designate your working address to get the parcel.
You will be able to track the shipment on GLS's web site using the data we'll e-mail you after having shipped your order.
Remember you can designate a shipping address different from your address in the confirmation page.
- Pick up in our Store: You can decide to pick up your order, without any cost, in our store in Milan, via Pio IV 3 (Saint Laurence columnate) or in our Genoa's store, Via Ghiara 32-34 R. during opening hours. You will get an e-mail to let you know your order is ready for pick-up.
- Pick up in Fair: In this case please place your order at least 10 working days before the opening of the show. Payment can be made in our booth and le shipping costs are cancelled from your order. You'll be prompted to specify the show's name. When you get in the fair, please sk for your order to our booth's cashier.
